I started assembling and it "drifted". Can I call you?
Yes. It's often easier to take apart and reassemble correctly than to patch things up. Send a photo and I'll tell you what's best.
I don't have the instructions. What do I do?
Tell me the name and item code, or send a photo of each side of the box. I'll find the instructions from the manufacturer or my archives.
Can you assemble furniture not from a store? (Self-built, Avito)
I can, but only after a photo. Sometimes parts are missing or there's hidden damage — I want to assess in advance.
How long does PAX 236 cm assembly take?
One section (without pull-out drawers) — 1.5–2 hours. Two sections — 3–4 hours. With pull-out drawers — +30 min per section.
What if my flat is on the 5th floor with no lift?
With a lift — no issue. Without a lift — a fixed surcharge of €20–50 depending on number of boxes and weight. I'll say in advance.
