Typical "Handyman hour" visit (€150–220):
- Kitchen front adjustment — €60
- Silicone around the sink — €40
- Two handle replacements — €30

= 5 tasks in 1.5 hours · €230 (rounded to €220).
The more tasks, the lower the per-task price (the call-out and time get amortised). From 5+ tasks, take the Handyman day (from €280, full day with 7–8 hours of work — €380).

How do I make a task list?
Just walk through the flat and note everything that annoys you or doesn't work. Photos are a big plus. If you're not sure how many tasks — send what you have, I'll judge and suggest a format.
What if a task is harder than I thought?
I'll say so on-site before starting. You choose: agree to the extra cost or stop (paying for time actually spent — minimum €80).
Can I add a task on the spot?
Yes, if there's time. I'll say how much extra cost and time it adds.
What if it's not your scope — e.g. electrics?
I'll say so honestly and suggest a tradesperson I trust if I know one. Tasks already done are paid for as completed.
Do I need to buy anything in advance?
Typical small jobs — no, I bring a kit. Specific parts (hardware, lamps, taps) — buy and have ready in advance.
