FAQ

Frequently asked

Who's usually at fault for a crooked kitchen?

Most of the time — an inexperienced installer, or self-assembly without a level. Sometimes — uneven walls and floor that weren't accounted for during install. Not your fault, and it's fixable.

Do you need to take the whole kitchen apart?

Most of the time, no. Adjustments are done in place. If a full disassembly is needed, I'll tell you before the work starts.

How long does fixing a medium kitchen take?

Inspection — 30–40 minutes. Fix — 3–5 hours. If parts need ordering — a second visit after delivery.

What if it's easier to redo from scratch?

That happens. I'll be straight — sometimes redoing is cheaper than fixing. In that case I'll give you the choice and contacts of reliable installers for a new kitchen.

The €80 inspection — is it really credited?

Yes. If we proceed — €80 comes off the invoice. If you decide not to fix or to redo — €80 stays as payment for the expert inspection.
